All of our products are handcrafted with the highest quality, cruelty-free ingredients and tested for safety and effectiveness.

Because our beauty products are made in small, fresh batches and come into contact with skin, we do not offer full refunds unless a product is proven to be defective. However, we are happy to offer the following resolutions within 10 days of purchase:
Exchange for another product that better suits your needs
Store credit toward any beauty service (equal to the product value)

To be eligible, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your product. We may request a brief explanation and photo of the concern to help improve our offerings. Exchanges and store credit are only applicable to undamaged, unopened or unused products. All sales are final. LÙMIA reserves the right to deny any return.
